The journey of achieving success through excellence is full of excitement and achievement, but at the same time, it is full of Failure and Stress too.

You may be in the similar situation but you may Reduce Stress through emotional intelligence.

Definition of Stress, it is basically the impact of one object on another.

Though stress is physical phenomenon as used in science, it is used in the context of human life, it represents the pressure that people feel in their life.

As the life progresses, people feel more pressures.

In one’s life, a person may feel Stress And Anxiety because of several reasons like failure in achieving desired results, life changes (death of spouse, divorce, personal injury or illness, and so on), improper balance between professional and personal life, heavy work demand, stressful home environment, etc. stress may result into such negative emotions as anger, fear, depression, disgust, sadness, or similar such emotions. All these emotions lead to ineffective work performance, if not overcome properly. If you have emotional intelligence, you can overcome these negative emotions and do Stress Management easily.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the first home minister of independent India, was a lawyer by profession. He was ready to argue a case of his client. Meanwhile, he received a telegram with the message that his wife had expired. He kept the telegram in his pocket and proceeded for the argument. He argued the case as if nothing had happened. After concluding his argument, Sardar Patel put the telegram before the judge and asked for leave of absence. Everyone came to know this news was astonished and pained but admired the courage of Sardar Patel to wear this kind of stress. Sardar Patel was known as ‘Iron Man’ of India during his own life time. This pattern still prevails.
If you develop emotional intelligence, you can face such life stresses quite easily. Emotion is a kind of feeling; develop a feeling that a situation, howsoever worse it is, has some positive features.

Napoleon Hill has said:Every negative event contains within it the seed of equal or greater benefit.
