Through use of model, you can develop high self esteem. You might have observed that a child imitate the behavior f the elder person in the family from is early childhood. Eve when he grows up, he continues this process, he learns.
This process is known as model of learning or learning model. In fact, every one of us tries to imitate the behavior of others to whom we perceive as being ideals. It is quite possible that we may change our behavior later in the light of new cues or information to do still better.
