Assess Competence

After assessing competence (strengths and weaknesses) and CSFs independently. The next question arises: whether you will like to make career in electronic equipment manufacturing company or a software company? Suppose, you have opted for a software company and have become quite successful, the next question may be like this: will you like to remain a careerist or job seeker or will you like to have your own software company and become job giver? Such questions come in the life of every one as he progresses over the period of time. However, the principle of choice at each level remains the same, that is, match between your competence and the potential field. With a high level of matching you will do your best.
