Your abilities With Outstanding Quality are those abilities that you possess in higher degree as compared to other abilities. Your original aptitude is your tendency to do a certain thing. Your interest is a kind of liking that you may have for a particular field or set of fields. By using three criteria, you may reduce the number of potential fields to a manageable level.

Having reduce the potential fields to a manageable level, the question arises: how can the CSFs of all these fields be identified? In order to find out the answer of this question, you can offer another question: what do people need to do to be successful in a particular field? It is just like a person putting a question: what does he need to do to be successful in study, career, family life, etc.? However, the answer of the question ‘what needs to be done to be successful in a particular field’ is not as easy as it appears to be because there are no set formulas for identifying CSFs of a particular field. Like assessing your strengths and weaknesses, identification of CSFs of a field is also judgmental. Therefore, you are required to collect as much information as possible about your potential fields of entry.
