MAKE YOUR VALUES STICK

	In order to achieve excellence, you must have ethical values and in order to make your values to provide guidelines to your actions, you must make them stick. It is very easy to articulate values but very difficult to make them stick. You may find numerous people in the society who pretend to hold certain ethical values never practice them in their daily lives. Similar is the case with organizations too. Many organizations put their values written in highly impressive manner and put the list of values at a place where it is most visible. However, their own employees do not adhere to these values under the impression that these values are meant for impressing visitors and not for practice.

	Such people and organizations never achieve the kind of excellence that they pose to impress the public. Therefore, it is essential for you to ensure that you values stick, that is, your actions are based on your values and not on any other consideration.
