One who always tries to know truth.
One who comes to everybody’s help unasked. But it is difficult to please him because he can be pleased by truth alone and not by flattery.
One who seeks his own fault and not of others.
One who is friendly to all but is not attached to any.
One who consider his ability as his wealth and not the money.
One who is always mild sober.
If you look at the above features of a man, you will find that all these lead to excellence. Character is very important ingredient for excellence.
Following features have been held long in our society:
When wealth has gone, nothing has gone.
When character has gone, every thing has gone.
Many persons tend to feel that these features have reverse orientation because of too much emphasis on materialistic thinking, but this is not true. Even in this materialistic world, the richest person of the world have strong character and they have become rich not by being characterless. This is true for India too.
Someone has said:
If you do excellently, money will pour to you.
If you want that money pours to you, believe in the long held features. You will not require bothering about money. Those who cannot do excellently reverse the above orientation just for their false solace.
