CREATIVE

	Before proceeding to know how you can become creative, it is desirable that you understand creative process as understanding of this process will facilitate you t become creative. Creativity is a complex process although many creative people often report that new ideas come to them ‘in a flash’ without any apparent reason. It implies that creativity is not a process. However, this is not true. Any new idea generation has a reason though such a reason is not as apparent as creative people wish it to be. The reason of new idea generation is not apparent because many ideas are the products of the working of our subconscious mind and this subconscious mind is governed by our conscious mind but we may not be fully aware about this process.

	Creative people have creative memory. They have creative thinking. Because of the nature of working of conscious and subconscious minds, creative people may say that in many cases, new ideas come in a flash without any apparent reason. Therefore it more appropriate to treat creativity as a process consisting of the following stages: 1. Saturation. 2. Preparation. 3. Incubation. 4. Insight. 5. Verification.
