Excellence Performance

If you want success which is distinct in some way, you have to pursue excellence in whatever you do. Excellence denotes the quality of work that you do. Often, when performance is measured on a five point scale, it is described as excellent, good, average, poor, and very poor. It implies that criteria excellent work performance is even better that good performance.
