PREPARE TECHNICAL QUESTIONS Technical questions are asked on those subjects whom an interviewee has studied at the academic level on the basis of which he has been called for the interview.

It has been observed that in most of the cases, interviewee are not equally competent in all the subjects; they may be outstanding in some subjects or topics but not that outstanding in other subjects. Interviewers are aware with this situation and, therefore, they ask the candidate, “what are your favorite subjects or topics?” this is done with a view to identify the candidate’s depth of knowledge in the given short time that is available in the interview process. In the light of this phenomenon, it is better that you divide your subjects studied in three broad groups: outstanding, good and average. You can prepare technical questions on the pattern of the approach adopted by you in preparing yourself for examination with one major difference. In your examination, you might have prepared yourself on the basis of likely questions asked as deduced from question asked in examination of past years. For the interview, you have to prepare on the basis of anticipated questions in the light of job requirement. If some of the subjects/topics fall in the category of average but they are quite relevant but they are quite relevant for the job, you should prepare these during the time available before the interview. You can do it if you have sufficient motivation for that. After all, habit of hardworking emerges from motivation.
