INTRODUCTION
Interview is one of the most widely used methods for selecting employees to fill organizational positions whether administrative, managerial, technical, academic or others. Besides interview is also used to select candidates for admission to certain professional courses like MBA, PGDM, BBA etc. In the selection process, whether employment or admission, of which interview is an element though quite significant, an attempt is made by the employing organizations to find match between the jobs and the candidates.
