Behavioral Questions

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS IN THE INTERVIEW

In the same way, in the latter type of interview, behavioral questions are asked. It is the degree of proportion of both technical and behavioral questions that differs in two types of interview. Further in the case of experienced persons, some additional questions like nature of work performed, type of organization where work was performed, etc. can be asked which are not relevant for fresher.

Besides employment interviews, interviews are conducted for admission to certain professional courses like MBA/PGDM, BBA, etc. such interviews are generally conducted after written admission tests though in some exceptional cases, admission tests may not be conducted. Therefore, ideally speaking, there should be three sets of frequently asked questions in interviews, with one set relevant for fresh seekers of employment, another for experienced candidates, and third for admission seekers. However it has been observed that many questions are common in all these three sets. Therefore, in order to avoid duplication of questions, an alternative approach has been adopted. In this approach, questions have been divided into different categories which are relevant for most types of interviews.


 

To these categories of questions, questions relevant to experienced job seekers and admission seekers have been added.
