Answer- For answering this question, it is better that you research the basic characteristics – nature of products / services offered, human resource management practices (fairness in recruitment and selection, training, promotion, financial benefits, non-financial benefits, treatment given to employees, etc.), work culture, and image of the organization before attending the interview.
