Question : Suppose you are given responsibility of planning and organizing a project. What steps will you take?

Answer : Tell that first you will identify the activities which are necessary for completion of the project. After identifying various activities, you will analyze the nature of relationship among these activities and closely related activities will be grouped together. Depending on the nature and number of personnel available, groups of activities will be assigned to them with suitable guidelines about how these activities should be performed.
