Question : How will you decide which tasks take priority when organizing a complete project?

Answer : Tell that you will define priority of various tasks on the basis of their contribution to achievement of project’s objectives. Those tasks which have higher contribution in achieving project’s objectives will take higher priority over those tasks that have lower contribution.
