LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE With large scale urbanisation all over the world, Landscape architecture branch has gained much importance. Landscape architects are concerned with the planning, designing and construction of outdoor environment. They plan and design parks, highways, housing complexes, commercial centres, parks, plazas and recreation facilities. The location of buildings, roads and walkways and the arrangement of flowers, shrubs and trees are also planned by landscape architects.
