TS Sir, for last so many years we are used to use the words “take care” while wishing some one good bye. I am in the habit of knowing the reasons and logics. No body could explain this. I seek your opinion.

TS Replies:

I also often hear people saying “Take Care”. I personally feel this wrong. Can we succeed with taking care? Do not take me wrong here. I never mean be careless. Let me explain my view point.

If we do not take risk we can not do anything. If we can not do any thing, we can not achieve any thing. So to achieve some thing you have to have a risk taking capacity, a calculated risk of course. I do not want to say gambling. So when we take calculated risk, we may succeed or we may not. If we attempt something and chances of success is say 15% only then my dear viewer, chances of success is big ZERO when we do not attempt. Plan your action in such a way that even if you fail the stake should be whatever you afford, may be money, time or energy.

So taking calculated risks can be called taking control of attempts. Should not we replace the words “Take Care” with “Take Control”? So take control of your attempts, your actions, your thoughts and your life. You will have more chances to succeed. I hope I could convey my point.
